  1. Stephanie,
It’s been a very long time!
I hope you’ve been enjoying your new position.
I was doing great – yoga 3 x weekly, exercise classes 2 x weekly, swimming once or twice weekly.
But on a dark night in Costa Rica, on Jan. 21st, I fell into a pit 5′ high, landing on my spine.
    I have a compression fracture of T-4.
I have a prescription for PT. My orthopedist thinks the fracture is caused by osteoporosis.
Can I please speak to you and see if you could see me at your new facility?
I would very much like to talk to you.
I hope to hear from you soon.
    Randye Wolf
